Central Permanent Secretary, Dr. Milner Mwanakampwe did hand over five (5) Earth Moving Equipment namely; Two (2) Tipper Trucks, One (1) Water Bowser, One (1) Motor Gradar and a One (1) TLB all procured using 2023 Constituency Development Funds.
