Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Honourable Gary Nkombo, MP, has expressed satisfactory with the progress on ongoing roadworks in Lusaka, being implemented with funding from the Ministry.Hon Nkombo, who was accompanied by his Permanent Secretary in charge of Administration, Mr. Maambo Haamaundu, was speaking when he inspected the construction progress on Twikatane, Chandwe Musonda and Makishi road projects on Monday, 12th December, 2023.
The Minister expressed happiness with the quality of work, which was unmatched and gave an assurance that the final outcome of the whole project would be satisfactory.
Hon Nkombo further assured the Nation that the Ministry would undertake other road construction in five additional towns across the country in the coming year, apart from Lusaka
