During his visit to Kanyama Constituency for the implementation of the school feeding programme, President Hakainde Hichilema also toured the newly constructed building funded under the Constituency Development Fund at Twashuka Primary School.
In his remarks, President Hichilema said the free education policy, coupled with the provision of school infrastructure under the CDF, is providing a window of opportunity that every Zambian child must benefit from.
