The Government of the Republic of Zambia and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) have signed Minutes of Meetings to initiate the process of developing a Comprehensive Regional Development Plan for the Greater City of Lusaka. Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development (MLGRD) Permanent Secretary (Administration), Mr. Maambo Haamaundu signed on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Zambia while JICA Senior Advisor-Infrastructure Management under the Department Urban and Regional Development, Mr. Goto Tetsuji signed for JICA.
